Why Become an Employee Leasing or PEO Broker for PML?
If you have no experience in the PEO or Employee Leasing industry this is NOT for you.
PML is seeking qualified Brokers for the client leads in following states; Michigan, Illinois, Missouri, Kansas, Maine,Virginia and soon, Nationally.
For the past few years PML has partnered with Brokers to ensure our sales team receives qualified, educated leads.
PML will work with Brokers in several ways, depending on the Broker's comfort level.
Some brokers prefer to deal with their clients on a personal basis, using their own sales staff; some brokers want to turn the client lead over to PML's sales staff. Either method of working with PML is acceptable, each having its advantages.
PML will pay the Broker a residual for the duration that client uses PML’s services. PML has been serving clients since 1985, and still contracts with many of those clients that originally started with our company.
