Doesn't using Employee Leasing mean that a company "supplies new employees for which I then pay a fee"?

A. No, unlike a "temp service" or "head-hunter organization", an Employee Leasing company "hires" your current employees. Then leases them back to you. Usually reducing human resource costs and employer liability.


Q. How will using Employee Leasing be to MY advantage?

A. PML hiring your employees, and subsequently leasing them back to you through an Employee Leasing arrangement, enables your business or corporation claim that it has "no legal employees".
