After many years developing plans on how to better serve clients nationally with PEO services, with a unique concept of personalized services, ethical and honest dealings with worker's compensation insurance carriers, quoting with realistic cost evaluations, and a product line that is cost-effective and comprehensive for our vast diversity of client and employee types, PML Holdings Group, llc. has formed PML North America, llc, which will be the "flagship" company for many potential mergers with other quality leasing companies and for worker's comp, benefits and many other planned products and services that will be offered nationally through PML North America.

Because of its operations of trust and ethics, PML has secured the relationship of a worker's comp insurance carrier that has made the decision to go national, and PML North America, llc will be the only PEO that will work with that carrier to make their move into the national market.  This is an A/A+ rated company, well respected in the commercial market, and they have given PML an opportunity to prove that the PEO industry can and will be handled with ethics, honesty and fiduciary responsibility, while offering its clients and employees the most comprehensive benefits, services and "savings" within that frame of operation.

Too often, this industry has been given a "black eye" because of the dishonesty and fraud of some of our colleagues in the industry.  Its time to put an end to that mistrust, and its time to put the best people, the best PEOs, the best providers/carriers, the best systems, products and services together to become the "beacon of light" in this industry.

James P. Shelton, III, the General Manager and CEO of the family of companies of PML has partnered with Michael I. Peterson and Antoinette Peterson of Maine and Virginia, President(s) of World Wide Personnel and United Personnel Services, to form PML North America.  Together, we will begin a long anticipated journey into a national presence for the betterment of the PEO industry nationally.
